A focused view of your PDM monthly responsibilities. Tasks are organized by week in a five-week month, with ongoing and weekly routines showing every week.

Reviews due each month, grouped by the manager responsible for writing them (from the Crew Division Guide). Check off when presented to the employee and record the date presented. Add or remove names as your team changes.

Everyone in the store. Group by Department supported to mirror your Crew Division Guide, or by Review-writer to see everyone one person writes reviews for in one place (e.g. all Team Leaders under Tak). Each person has a department and a separate review-writer β€” change the writer and the Reviews tab updates instantly (no redeploy). Swing-buddy responsibilities are editable inline. Mark people LOA to highlight them and skip their reviews while on leave.

Year

Everyone's service anniversary by month for the selected year, with start date and years of service. Milestone years (1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30…) are highlighted. Check off when the award/recognition is handed out.

Everyone's birthday by month (Bayly) β€” for reference. Market birthdays are tagged; use Market birthday message to draft this month's list, then copy & paste it into the PDM WhatsApp group so the other stores can recognise them.

Year

Record the Employee of the Month for each month. Type a name and it saves automatically. Tick β€œgiven” once the package is handed out.

Campus Training Tracker. Every new hire added in Reviews lands here automatically. Tick off each verification as it's signed off β€” a person is cleared to work on their own once all their verifications are complete. Everyone needs Foundations 1 & 2; Service also needs Foundation 3 and the Service roadmap, Kitchen follows the Kitchen roadmap, and both finish with the Hashbrown verification.
